Health Care is a Human Right (HCHR) is a 501(c)3 not for profit charitable corporation founded in 2003 by Susan Weeks, Physician Assistant; Vicky O’Dougherty, Homeopath; Susan Bissonnett, RN; and Jill Elliot, DVM.
Since its inception, Health Care is a Human Right has offered free clinics in the Mid-Hudson Valley of New York. They work with dedicated professionals who volunteer their services and expertise in a range of holistic wellness modalities.
HCHR coordinates free holistic wellness clinics in Woodstock, Phoenicia, and in Kingston.

Kingston clinics are on the second Thursday of each month: 1/8, 2/12, 3/12, 4/9, 5/14, 6/11, 7/9, 9/10, 10/8, 11/12 & 12/10/26. Location: The Fuller Building, 45 Pine Grove Ave., Kingston, NY 12409
Woodstock and Phoenicia clinics are held quarterly, on the third or fourth Tuesdays.
